Terms & Policy for Freelance Web Developer

Scope of Work:

  • I, the freelance web developer, agree to provide web development services as agreed upon with the client.
  • The scope of work includes tasks such as website design, development, maintenance, and updates as mutually agreed upon.

Payment:

  • The client agrees to pay the freelance web developer the agreed-upon fee for the services rendered.

Communication:

  • Timely responses to inquiries and feedback are expected from both parties to ensure smooth progress of the project.

Intellectual Property:

  • The client retains ownership of any content, graphics, or materials provided for the development of the website.
  • The freelance web developer retains ownership of any pre-existing code, templates, or libraries used in the project.
  • Upon completion and full payment, the freelance web developer grants the client a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use the developed website.

Confidentiality:

Project Timeline:
